Introduction

Our ONLINE Owner-Builder courses meet the requirements of
  1. NSW Fair Trading (Service NSW);
  2. QLD Building & Construction Commission;
  3. WA Building Commission;
  4. TAS Consumer & Building Services;
  5. ACT Planning & Land Directorate;
Owner-Builders must complete (or already possess) the white-card (sometimes known as the 'Green', 'Blue' or 'Red' Card).

NSW residents MUST complete the white-card in the classroom (or ZOOM webinar). We currently offer the white-card in over 15 locations throughout NSW. You will have the option to enrol into this in step 4 Course Options & Extras.

QLD residents do NOT need a white-card in order receive their permit through the QBCC. If your property was built prior to 1990, you will need to complete the online asbestos awareness training with us as well.

WA residents may complete the white-card online with us. We will need evidence (drivers license/utility bill) that you reside in WA.

TAS residents may complete the white-card online with us. We will need evidence (drivers license/utility bill) that you reside in TAS.

ACT residents must complete the white-card in the classroom through CIT (Canberra Institute of Technology).
